Drug and Alcohol Rehab Fees
The rates published here are discounted for those who self-pay in advance of treatment. Insurance rates are higher due to the considerable administrative time required to coordinate and manage benefits.
Detox: The cost of our detox program is $900 per day which includes all doctor and lab fees. Not all guests will need detox, but for those who do, we want to ensure the process is as comfortable as possible.
Seven Day Evaluation Program: The 7-Day Evaluation Program includes increased evaluation by psychiatrists, psychologists and addiction counselors. The program also provides an intensified assessment process to identify the best course of treatment for clients struggling to determine the full extent of their issues. The cost is $7,000 and can be applied to 35 day program fee if guest selects to complete addiction treatment program.
35-Day Program: The cost of the 35-day luxury treatment program is $25,000 and includes the Comprehensive Assessment, Personalized Treatment Plan, Room and Board and one year of Recovery Coaching. When you arrive at The Spirit Lodge you will also receive an initial consultation from our psychiatrist, psychologist, nutritionist, Spiritual Advisor and personal trainer. All of their services are included in the program fee. During the 35-day program, guests may decide to stay longer at Spirit Lodge if it would be beneficial to them. $1,000 of the fee is used in a services account to cover things such as doctor's visits, psychiatric evaluations, psychologist assessments, medication, and on site elective amenities such as a personal trainer. (Note: Optional, offsite amenities and activities such as spa services, greens fees, etc. must be paid directly via credit card to the provider at the time of the service.) Once this services account is used guest will be requested to add additional fees for additional services. All fees are non-refundable and can be used up to one year after date of admission if there is a break in the treatment episode. The cost for extended stay is $500 per day for days 36 through 90.The rates published here are discounted for those who self-pay in advance of treatment. 60-Day Program: The-60 day premier program offers the same benefits and amenities as our 35-day program. In addition, guests will receive a more intensive track, diving into deeper issues and receiving a stronger foundation of support for recovery. In addition, our guests will receive an offsite overnight pass with a Sober Companion. Cost for the 60-day program upon admission is $35,000 of which $2,000 is used in a services account to cover doctor's visits, medication, and elective amenities such as a personal trainer, massage, and spa services. All fees are non-refundable and can be used up to one year of date of admission if there is a break in the treatment episode. Any additional cost for a Sober Companion needs to be paid directly to the Spirit Lodge approved companion.
A private room, should one be available during your treatment, is obtainable for an additional fee of $300 per day.The rates published here are discounted for those who self-pay in advance of treatment. The Spirit Lodge Recovery Assurance: When you successfully complete our 35-day or longer residential self-pay program*, you will be eligible to return to Spirit Lodge for 7 to 10 days within one year from the date of your admission, at no cost, if you should relapse or feel the need for additional support. Spirit Lodge believes in you, as well as our programs.
